All sales of original artwork and commissioned paintings are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Artwork

Every painting is carefully prepared for shipping. Please inspect your artwork upon delivery and contact us promptly if it arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item.

Please email tom@tomstephenspaintings.com with photographs of the artwork and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
